we have already made

We will:

  1. abolish Andrew Barr’s GP tax
  2. hold a Royal Commission into our health system
  3. establish a gynaecology oncology unit
  4. engage contractors to reduce colonoscopy and endoscopy wait lists
  5. explore retention measures for frontline health workers
  6. bring in defibrillators in schools and government buildings
  7. develop a men’s health plan
  8. not proceed with Stage 2B of the tram
  9. improve bus priority and upgrades between Belconnen and the city
  10. reinstate funding for road upgrades that were diverted to the tram
  11. not ban internal combustion engine cars
  12. repeal the drug decriminalisation laws
  1. amend bail laws to protect frontline workers
  2. undertake a review into bail and sentencing laws
  3. open a police station in Molonglo
  4. release Cabinet documents within 30 days of decision
  5. give more resources to the Integrity Commission, including telephone intercept powers
  6. review and audit government procurement processes
  7. undertake an independent audit of the ACT’s budget
  8. create a Minister for Housing Affordability and Choice
  9. release more land for detached Housing
  10. undertake a feasibility study into land at West Tuggeranong for housing
  11. work with the federal government to access CSIRO land for housing
  1. ease the tax and regulatory burden on rental properties
  2. overhaul the planning system to include more transparency and community consultations
  3. allow separately titled dual occupancies on RZ1 blocks
  4. support our teachers to use evidence-based methods to improve literacy and numeracy
  5. ban mobile phones in schools
  6. establish a town centre in Molonglo
  7. keep Stromlo Forest Park free and accessible
  8. invest more funding into improving our suburbs
  9. explore new ways to improve water quality in our lakes and waterways
  10. not ban gas
  11. not ban woodfire heaters
  12. explore options for a city stadium and convention centre
